Information for this year's fundraiser

August's Pack meeting kicked off our annual popcorn fundraiser sale.
This year, Scouts can sell popcorn 2 ways: face to face beginning Sept 11th and online beginning now.  Both ways of selling will count toward Scout rewards.
To sell online, go to to create an account.  You will need to identify our Unit as Pack 303 along with Scout identifying information.  New Scouts joining the Pack will need to contact me for direct registration.  Go to the Send Emails page to create your own Scout image and chose an email template.  Start by sending emails to friends and family.  It is vital that they use the link provided in the email in order for the Scout and Pack to receive credit.  Trails End will charge and ship the product directly to the customer.  (YEA!)  You can then track sales by going to Track My Online Sales.
Trails End will continue the military donation again this year - online and face to face.  Thank You receipts are available to download at

  • Scouts will receive 2 free Ranger tickets when a face to face order form is filled with 30 customers.  You must submit a copy of the order form at the Scout shop by 09/22 in order to receive reward.
  • All Scouts that sell $600 will receive a marshmallow crossbow along with applicable level prizes.  Prize sheets will be released during the Sept 11th kickoff and prizes will be award at October Pack meeting.
  • The goal is $500 per Scout , or $900 per family, in order to qualify for the Pack lock-in.  This years overnight will be held at the Dallas Science Museum on Jan 14th at 7pm.  The boys will enjoy a wide-range of activities including an IMAX, scavenger hunt, and scouting adventures.

Please see August's Newsletter for more information regarding the popcorn fundraiser as well as key dates.  As always, feel free to email me should you have any questions.
